The Services are intended only for individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to access or use the Services.

• If you are under the age of eighteen (18), or under the age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services and any purchases you make.

• Your use of the Services must not be prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction, and you must not have been previously suspended or banned from the Services.

• You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of any third-party platform you use with the Services, including Discord for sign-in and Roblox for Robux payments. Robux payments require a Roblox account in the 16+ age group, because the gamepass cannot be viewed by younger accounts.

• We may ask you to confirm your eligibility at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

These requirements protect younger users and help us comply with applicable laws.

Euphoric offers prepaid digital products for personal, non-commercial use only. These may include, without limitation:

• Software and digital tools made available through our platform.

• License keys, activation keys, and other forms of digital authorization, including time-limited licenses for the duration stated on the product page (for example, seven (7) days).

• Accounts or access credentials for third-party services or platforms.

All products are provided as licenses, not sales. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use each product for its stated duration, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable third-party terms. Ownership of the underlying software and intellectual property always remains with Euphoric or the original rights holder or publisher. Where a product is developed or operated by a third party, your use is also subject to that provider's terms, and that provider controls the product's functionality, updates, and availability.

Product Information

• Version numbers, "Updated" or "Not Updated" status indicators, compatibility scores (such as sUNC percentages), stock levels, and other product details are provided for information only. They may come from or rely on third-party sources, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not guarantees or warranties.

• Our guides are provided for convenience. You are responsible for reviewing product requirements and following setup instructions.

Our Intellectual Property

• The Euphoric name, logos, website design, text, graphics, and other storefront content are owned by Euphoric or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except as needed to use the Services as intended.

• If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

Your account, order history, and checkout require signing in with Discord. Euphoric does not issue usernames or passwords; your Euphoric account is identified by your linked Discord account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account, including using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication, and securing any device or browser on which you are signed in to the Services.

• All activities, purchases, and communications carried out through your account, whether or not you authorized them, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet our obligations under these Terms or as otherwise provided by applicable law.

• Keeping the license keys delivered to you confidential. We are not responsible for keys that you disclose or that are used by others after delivery.

• Using a single account. You may not create or use multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban, or to abuse coupons, referrals, or promotions.

If you suspect that your Discord account or your Euphoric session has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. If you lose access to the Discord account linked to your orders, we may require additional proof of ownership, such as invoice IDs, the checkout email address, or payment references, before we can assist you. Euphoric is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.

To place an order, you must provide a valid email address, link your Discord account, select a payment method, and complete our bot-protection check. You represent that all information you provide, including your email address, billing details, and Roblox username, is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.

Pricing and Currency

• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Some payment methods may charge you in a different currency; for example, Pix payments may be charged in Brazilian reais (BRL). In that case, the amount and currency shown on the payment form at checkout is the amount you will be charged. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or fees, for which you are responsible.

• Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time before you place an order. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.

• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with obviously incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the affected order before delivery.

Payment Methods

• Card, Mobile Wallets, Cash App Pay, and Pix: Processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Euphoric never receives or stores your full payment credentials.

• Cryptocurrency: Processed by OxaPay. You must send the exact amount shown, in the selected coin, on the network shown, before the payment address expires. Processing may take up to 40 minutes. Underpaid orders cannot be processed. Payments that are underpaid, sent in the wrong coin or on the wrong network, sent to an expired address, or otherwise not made according to the checkout instructions may not be credited to your order and may be unrecoverable. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and we are not responsible for losses resulting from such errors, except as required by applicable law.

• Robux: Available only for eligible products, for a single product with a quantity of one, and without coupons. You pay by purchasing the gamepass we designate, using the Roblox account you confirmed at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after our automated check detects that purchase from the confirmed account. Purchases made from a different account, or of a different gamepass, may not be detected or credited. Roblox processes the gamepass purchase under its own terms, and we do not control Roblox's systems, fees, or policies.

• Payment methods may vary, may be temporarily unavailable, and may be added or removed at any time.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• An order is accepted only when payment has been confirmed and the order status is "Completed." Orders that are pending or being verified have not yet been accepted.

• We may refuse or cancel any order before delivery, including for suspected fraud, failure to meet eligibility requirements, unavailable stock, pricing or listing errors, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before delivery for any reason other than fraud or your violation of these Terms, we will refund the amount we received for the cancelled order.

• We may block checkout attempts that fail our bot-protection check or that appear automated or suspicious.

Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

• License keys are displayed on your invoice page, which you can access from the order history in your account, once the order status is "Completed." Delivery normally happens automatically once payment is confirmed, but it may be delayed by payment confirmation times (such as blockchain confirmations or gamepass purchase detection), stock availability, maintenance, or technical issues.

• Delivery is complete when the license key is displayed on your invoice. You are responsible for recording your keys and following the product's activation instructions.

• Time-limited licenses provide access for the duration stated for the variant you purchased. Unused time is not refundable, transferable, or extendable.

• If your order shows as "Completed" but no key was delivered, or a key did not work at the time of delivery, you must contact us promptly with your invoice ID. We will investigate, and if we confirm a delivery error on our part, we will deliver the product you purchased or a working replacement key. This is your remedy for delivery errors, without affecting your Statutory Rights described in Section 6.

• The storefront may be placed in maintenance mode, during which purchases and delivery may be unavailable.

Because our products are digital goods that are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all purchases made through Euphoric are final and non-refundable. Except for the remedies expressly stated in Sections 4 and 5 and your Statutory Rights described below, you will not be entitled to a refund, return, replacement, exchange, or credit for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product, purchased the wrong product or variant, or no longer have use for it.

• Compatibility Issues: Failure of the product to operate on your system due to hardware, software, network, or configuration limitations. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.

• Third-Party Enforcement: Account warnings, suspensions, bans, patches, detections, or other enforcement actions taken by game publishers, platform providers, or other third parties. These risks are inherent in the use of these products and are accepted by you at the time of purchase.

• Product Downtime or Updates: Periods when a product is temporarily unavailable, marked "Not Updated," or not working after a third-party game or platform update.

• Fraudulent or Unauthorized Use of Your Account: Purchases made through your account, whether authorized by you or not, remain your responsibility, subject to Section 3.

• Failure to Use Product: Failing to redeem, activate, or use a product before its license duration ends (where applicable).

• Misinterpretation of Product Description: While we strive to provide accurate product information, all products are sold "as is," and you are responsible for reviewing descriptions and requirements before purchase.

• Enforcement by Euphoric: Suspension or termination of your account, or revocation of your licenses, because you violated these Terms.

In addition:

• We do not guarantee the ongoing functionality, longevity, or performance of any product once delivered.

• Digital products cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical goods; once a key, account, or digital file is delivered, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• If you have a problem with an order, you agree to contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or filing one that is not supported by the facts, may result in immediate account suspension, revocation of the licenses in the disputed order, and permanent blacklisting from the Services. We may provide order records, delivery records, account activity, and IP addresses to the payment processor to respond to the dispute.

• Nothing in this Section limits any right you have under applicable law to dispute a transaction that you did not authorize or for which we failed to deliver the product.

Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives any right or remedy you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived by contract (your "Statutory Rights"). Where your Statutory Rights apply, they take priority over any conflicting provision of these Terms, and the no-refund provisions of this Section apply only to the extent permitted by those laws.

Consumers in Brazil (Including Pix Payments in BRL)

• If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may have the right under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) to withdraw from a purchase made online within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or delivery, where that right applies to your purchase.

• To exercise this right, contact us through the official channels in Section 18 within that seven (7) day period, and include your invoice ID and the email address or Discord account used for the order.

• If your withdrawal is valid, we will return the amounts you paid as required by that law, through the original payment method where possible or otherwise as agreed with you. The license keys delivered under that order will be revoked, and you must stop using them.

• This withdrawal right is available only to consumers purchasing for personal use, and only within the period and to the extent provided by law.

Coupons and Discounts

• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred for value. Only one coupon may be used per order.

• A coupon may be limited to specific products, and a discount can never exceed the price of the eligible products in your order. Coupons cannot be used with Robux payments.

• A discount code linked to a referrer may be applied automatically when you arrive through a referral link. You may remove the referrer at checkout.

• We may change, expire, or withdraw any coupon at any time, and we may refuse or cancel orders that use an invalid, expired, or improperly obtained coupon.

Referral Program

• Participation in the referral program requires an application. We approve or reject applications at our sole discretion, and we may remove any referrer from the program at any time.

• Commission rates are set by us, are shown in your account, may differ between referrers, and may be changed for future purchases. Referral balances are shown in U.S. dollars.

• Commissions are earned only on genuine, completed purchases by other customers. Purchases through your own referral link or code, purchases that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or disputed, and fraudulent or artificially generated clicks or purchases do not earn commission. We may reverse commissions and adjust balances for such activity.

• Referrers must not use spam, make false or misleading claims about Euphoric or its products, impersonate Euphoric or imply that they are officially affiliated beyond the referral program, or promote Euphoric in violation of the rules of any platform they use.

• Payout methods, minimum amounts, and timing are determined by us and communicated to referrers. A referral balance is not a bank deposit and has no cash value until it is paid out. Balances may be forfeited if a referrer is removed from the program for violating these Terms.

• Referrers act independently and are not employees, agents, or partners of Euphoric. Referrers are responsible for any taxes on the commissions they receive.

• Referral statistics are provided for information and may be corrected or adjusted.

By using our Services, you agree not to engage in any activities that could harm us, other users, or third parties. Specifically, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, publish, trade, give away, or sublicense any product or license key obtained from Euphoric without our express written authorization.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or bypass protections within our Services or products.

• Use products in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms and agreements.

• Interfere with, exploit, or disrupt the functionality of our website, API, systems, or delivery processes, or probe, scan, or test them for vulnerabilities.

• Access or attempt to access another user's account, invoices, or license keys.

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services, or attempt to bypass our bot-protection checks.

• Abuse coupons, referrals, or payment processes, including through fraudulent payments, deliberate underpayment, or unfounded chargebacks.

• Provide false information, including a false email address, billing details, or Roblox username.

• Create or use multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban, or impersonate any person or entity.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users, including in our support channels.

• Use the Services to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, revocation of your licenses, and loss of access to products, without refund.

We make every effort to maintain accurate product listings and availability; however:

• Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice.

• Products may stop functioning, temporarily or permanently, due to actions taken by third-party publishers or platforms, game or system updates, or the product provider.

• The use of products with third-party games, platforms, or services may be restricted by the rules of those third parties and may lead to enforcement actions, including warnings, suspensions, permanent bans of your game or platform accounts, and loss of in-game items or progress. You are solely responsible for these risks, and Euphoric is not responsible for any such enforcement.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with all systems, or permanent usability of any product, and the Services may be unavailable during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

By purchasing, you accept these limitations and risks.

We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding functionality, compatibility, detection status, performance, or results, or that the use of any product will not lead to enforcement action by a third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

You acknowledge that products may become unusable at any time due to factors outside of our control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law, and any warranty that cannot be excluded is limited to the shortest period permitted.

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphoric, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

• Loss of accounts, data, in-game items, progress, or access to digital platforms, including as a result of third-party enforcement actions.

• Lost profits, reputational harm, or business interruptions.

• The acts, omissions, outages, or policies of third parties, including Discord, Stripe, OxaPay, Roblox, game publishers, and product providers.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Euphoric for the product at issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or your Statutory Rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Euphoric and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services or products.

• Your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or applicable third-party agreements.

• Any dispute between you and a third party relating to products obtained from Euphoric, including enforcement actions taken by a game publisher or platform against your accounts.

• Your promotional activities as a referrer.

We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense. This obligation continues even after termination of your account or use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and your access to products at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breaches of these Terms.

• Suspected fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions.

• Abuse, misuse, or interference with our Services or systems.

• Where required by law or by a payment processor or other third-party provider.

Termination may occur without notice, and no refunds will be provided, except as required by your Statutory Rights. If we terminate your account for fraud or a violation of these Terms, we may also revoke access to products already delivered and forfeit any referral balance.

You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may revoke Euphoric's access to your Discord account in Discord's settings. We may retain records relating to your account and orders as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any product at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

• Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us through the official channels in Section 18 with a description of your dispute and to give us thirty (30) days to try to resolve it informally.

• Any disputes that are not resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of disputes.

• To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

• To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

• If you are a consumer and the laws of the country where you live give you the right to rely on its mandatory consumer protection laws or to bring proceedings in its courts, nothing in this Section removes those rights.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet or hosting outages, outages or policy changes of Discord, payment processors, blockchain networks, or Roblox, cyberattacks, third-party enforcement actions, game or platform updates, or platform-level suspensions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Where a change is material, we may also provide notice through our official Discord server or on the storefront.

Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed. By continuing to use our Services after updates take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Certain sections of these Terms, including but not limited to Scope of Products, Licenses, and Ownership, Transactions Are Final, Coupons and Referral Program, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Enforcement and Termination, Governing Law, and Survival and General Provisions, shall continue in full effect even after your account is terminated or you stop using the Services.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Euphoric regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements on that subject.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

• Electronic Communications: You agree that we may send you notices electronically, including by email to the address you provided or through our official Discord server, and that such notices satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

• Interpretation: Section headings are for convenience only. The word "including" means "including without limitation." If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
